Reservations must be made in person at the Patagonia Travellers reception, which is open from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.
Check availability. Minimum capacity: 2 people, maximum capacity: 10 people.
Reservation deadline: 20hs the day before departure.
The reservation is only confirmed once 100% payment has been made.
Cancellation policies
The trip is not suspended due to rain. If the weather conditions are very adverse, the company may cancel the trip, in which case 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the company decides to cancel the trip for reasons of force majeure, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellations up to 1 month prior to the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded minus bank/administrative fees.
Up to 7 days prior to the reservation, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
